Gad’s Hill students continue to commit to learning at home, as teachers provide regular guidance and feedback.
While form and subject tutors are communicating with students about individual progress, we are documenting their achievements in picture form.
GCSE student Ellie is working her way through past Chemistry exam papers and liaising with Science teacher Miss Cannon, who is highlighting areas for development.
Poppy, from KR is using pictures to inspire her to think of a story about spring time, while classmate Alexei is practising writing his sounds.
Meanwhile, Nicole from Year 3, and her dad, have made their very own barometer in the back garden, as part of a humanities project, while Year 6 student Florence has planted a flower to celebrate Mother’s Day, ably assisted by puppy Ziggie.
Staying fit and well is an important part of life at Gad’s Hill and lots of our children and their families have been making the most of the weather to enjoy a PE session together. Year 4’s Noah and his dad cycled to the nearby marshes while sisters Daisy, Year 6, and Poppy, Year 2, streamed an online fitness workout in their living room!
