Gad’s youngest students took to the stage to tell the Christmas story in their very own Nativity.
The three to four-year-old Nursery classmates performed ‘No Room at the Inn’, to proud parents and friends in the school’s theatre.
Each child played a part in the traditional crib story – some have only been at Gad’s since September but all delivered their lines convincingly and had beautiful singing voices. Many delivered heart-warming lines and sung solos, as the tale unfolded.
Mary, played by Caroline Knight, 3, from Strood, was joined by fellow performers including shepherds, kings, stars and angels on stage, in one of the school’s many annual theatrical productions.
Caroline said: “I liked pretending to be Mary because she is kind and makes lots of friends, just like I do at school.”
Headmaster, Mr Paul Savage, thanked the children for opening the festive season with such a super show, before praising the Nursery team for their dedication to the youngsters’ learning journeys.
