As part of this term’s English and Geography topics, our J4 classes navigated their way around a castle, museum and city centre.

The 8-9-year-olds travelled by train to the Guildhall Museum in Rochester to find out more about Dicken’s stories. After, they explored the 12th century castle and its glorious grounds and created maps of their findings.

J4 form tutor, Mrs Emma Sheen, said: “The children really enjoyed our fact-finding mission and boosted both their independent-thinking and teamwork skills by creating and testing their very own guides.”
