Gad’s youngest students put on a Christmas show in the school’s theatre this morning – and received rapturous applause from proud parents.
The three to four-year-old Nursery classmates sung and acted their very own Nativity, ‘No Room at the Inn’.
Mary, played by Vivienne Jolliffe, 3, was joined by fellow performers including shepherds, kings, stars and angels on stage, in one of the school’s many annual theatrical productions.
Each child played a part in the traditional crib story – some have only been at Gad’s since September but all delivered their lines convincingly and had beautiful singing voices.
Headmaster Mr Paul Savage, thanked the children for opening the festive season with their heart-warming performance before praising the Nursery team for their dedication to the youngsters’ learning journeys.
