Year 11 GCSE Food and Nutrition student Millie created a ‘child friendly’ dish as part of her final cook.

The L5 cohort was challenged to produce a recipe that would appeal to children.

Millie’s ‘Mickey Mouse’ pastry ears, complete with hidden fruit and vegetables, was just one of the many impressive dishes created by the classmates.

Food and Nutrition teacher Miss Baker said:  “The students created an array of food that demonstrated some complex skills and I was really impressed with their research, preparation and results.”
