Providing key cookery skills is an important part of the curriculum here at Gad’s.

Food and Nutrition teacher Miss Baker said:  “Our pupils leave able to prepare and cook nutritious food for themselves – and their families of course!

“They get to use lots of new ingredients and their high levels of enthusiasm for the tasks have yielded some fantastic dishes.

Last term, L4 pupils made protein-packed Lamb Koftas and I am looking forward to more tasty treats from our Seniors, and Juniors, this year.”
