Our youngest students are taking part in daily relaxation and meditation sessions, as part of our Nursery well being curriculum.

The short sessions are run by the class teachers to strengthen the classmates’ self-confidence and mindfulness.

Mrs Edmonds said:  “We want our children to be happy and healthy and we have been practising different techniques to nurture those feelings.

“They are really enjoying learning the stretches and thinking games and are working well together to keep active.”
