Higham beavers and cubs spent an evening at Gad’s Hill School taking part in fun activities and team-building exercises.
Members of 1st Higham Beavers and Cubs were invited to try out paint-balling and problem-solving tasks at the independent school’s shooting range and Jungle Gym.
Gad’s Combined Cadet Force Contingent Commander Major Mark Lamb, who hosted the evening, said: “It’s always nice to welcome local children and they had a great time on our outdoor adventure equipment.
“We are very lucky to have a wide range of resources here at Gad’s and we hope to see the cubs and beavers again soon.
1st Higham Beavers and Cubs Scout Leader Andrea Jarman said: “Our pack had a wonderful time, and I can’t thank Major Lamb enough for taking the time to set up and run such an enjoyable and informative learning experience.”
