Kindergarten and Junior pupils from Gad’s Hill ran round the school field to raise money for Sport Relief – some were as young as six, and one boy ran 15 laps!
Louie, 11, opted to run five times the suggested three laps target, to help boost the school’s £340 donation.
Deputy Head of Junior School Jackie Frier said: “All our children, and lots of teachers too, ran circuits before selling home-made cakes to proud parents and the rest of the school.
“They all worked well as a team, with the older students encouraging the little ones complete the course.
“I’m especially proud of Louie who went above and beyond to help such a worthy cause.”
