Our L5 Geography students will carry out research at Dartmoor National Park today, as part of a GCSE controlled assessment.

The classmates are spending the week at Slapton Ley Fieldstudy Centre and will collect data at the park, following a pilot study at the village of Torcross yesterday.

Mrs Burke reports that the cohort are wrapped up warm and enjoying their visit, despite the drop in temperature.

They have been busy exploring the shingle coastlines and ancient woodlands near the educational complex and will complete their fieldtrip on tourism impacts later this week.
