Year six pupil Thomas Rowe was part of the winning team at the Kent Cup rugby finals last weekend.
Battling tough matches in the round-robin mini tournament, and after only conceding one try, Thomas’ side, Aylesford Bulls U11s, took the title for the second time in three seasons.
And while Thomas was playing, big brother Harrison, from year 10, spent the day refereeing. He was credited for having to make some tough decisions on the pitch and dealing with a major injury in a calm and mature manner.
