The oldest pupils at Gad’s Hill School in Higham will be in their forties when the next solar eclipse takes place – so they thought they better make the
most of today!

The year elevens donned their safe solar glasses, provided by the independent day school for girls and boys aged 3-11, and joined the rest of the students and teachers to wait patiently for the eclipse.

But it was back to lessons sooner than they thought though as the cold and grey day just got slightly gloomier.
