Traditional Tales Day
Gad's Kindergarten children had chance to come into school dressed up as their favourite character from a traditional tale this week to tie in with literacy lessons this term.
Throughout the day Kn and Kr took part in activities related to the Three Little Pigs, making pig biscuits and building houses out of different materials. They also had a chance to act out the story.
K1 and K2 were very creative making traditional royal hats and crowns and decorating traditional tales cakes.
All of the Kindergarten children were invited to take part in a fancy dress parade, with the best costume from each class being judged by the teachers.
