Kindergarten and Juniors enjoy week of summer fun!

Title Bar Gad’s Kindergarten and Junior school pupils took part in a week of events, kicking off with a farm visit and kite making day for the primary kids, and a trip to see ‘The Gruffalo’ at the Orchard Theatre, Dartford, for the younger students.

Remove (Year 6) and J5 (Year 5) went to Wingham Wildlife Park to view rare and endangered animals, while J3 (Year 3) visited the museum of Kent Life near Maidstone.

Other trips included a visit to the Shakespeare’s Globe Museum and to one of Britain’s oldest prison, The Cink Museum in London.

Elsewhere, children got a taste of circus life as they learnt the skills to become a ringmaster, acrobat and clown!

Head of Kindergarten and Juniors, Ms. Fiona McPherson said: “We have had a wonderful week with every child trying out new things and picking up different skills. They also gained an insight into the world of theatre, the arts and the natural world. The children really enjoyed being involved in busy week of activities, which covered many parts of the curriculum.”
