Join us for a charity 'Teddy Bears Picnic' - Friday 24th July
Gad's Hill would like to invite all parents and toddlers across the area to a 'Teddy Bears Picnic' on Friday July 24th from 12.00pm to 2.00pm. The event will take place on the same day that the Mayor of Gravesham holds her annual garden party at the school. The picnic will be raising money for the mayor’s charities and this year she has chosen to support the many youth organisations in the borough.
On the day children can enjoy a bouncy castle, face painting, musical entertainment and strawberries and cream. This is also a unique opportunity for members of the public to explore the wonderful grounds of the Gad's Hill Place, the former home of Charles Dickens.
The event is free and there will be plenty of parking on the day, make sure you bring a picnic and your teddy bear! To let us know that you are coming please call our PR manager Sarah Garratt on 01474 822366
