Re: Parents Evenings for U5th

There will be three Parents Evenings this term, during which you will have the opportunity to discuss your child’s performance in the recent trial examinations, and to confirm with tutors, the tier at which (s)he will be entered for the examinations in the Summer.

The tiers at which your child will be entered must be confirmed by Monday 8th February and may not be changed after that date. As a result, the dates and times of the Parent’s Evenings for U5th are as follows: -

Wednesday 20th January 2010 5.00pm – 8.00pm L4th, U4th and U5th
Tuesday 26th January 2010 5.00pm – 8.00pm L4th, U4th and U5th
Thursday 4th February 2010 5.00pm – 8.00pm L4th, U4th and U5th


It is advised that your son or daughter attends with you, in order that they may receive constructive feedback and are involved in decisions regarding their education. However, whether they attend is a matter for you and your child. All pupils are expected to wear school uniform.

Your child will have to make appointments over the next two weeks with their subject tutors on your behalf with the enclosed form. Please write on the top of the form your child’s name and the evening that you wish to attend.
