We are a co-educational day school for children aged 3 to 16, and our top priority is to work with our pupils to help them become confident, motivated and articulate young people, ready for the next stage in their education.

There are three main entry points for parents wishing their children to join Gad's Hill.
They are at Nursery/Pre-school level and in Years 6 and 7. The school does accept entry into other school years, however in such circumstances, entry is decided on a case by case basis.
If you are interested in sending your son or daughter to Gad’s Hill, your first step should be to contact the school via email or call our admissions secretary on 01474 822366 to request a prospectus and application pack.
If you then decide that you are interested in your child attending Gad’s Hill, you should fill in a registration form that can be completed online or found in your application pack. Your child will then be added to a waiting list for the relevant year.
When a space becomes available you and your child will be invited for an informal discussion with the Headmaster.
Assessment of ability, potential and suitability will take place by interview, entrance exam and/or taster day. A taster day enables your son or daughter to attend the school for a day and decide if Gad’s is the school for them and vice versa. If successful an offer of a place will then be made in writing.
